Recoving old Saves

I played the game for about an hour. The next time I came back to it, I accidentally started a new game and it saved over my hour or so of play. Is there any way to recover that hour?

Yeah, next time try and be more careful. At least it was an hour, and not 20 hours.

You can't get ur save back but yeah good thing it wasn't 20 hours
